PlanSmarter grew out of a simple frustration: the plan on the wall was always right, and the plan in the software was always wrong.
Our approach
We build for two people at once. The manager who needs to see the whole week and steer it, and the employee who needs a list short enough to actually tick off.
That means visual boards instead of nested projects, one-tap actions instead of forms, and permissions that let an organisation roll the tool out department by department without exposing everything to everyone.
