19. Additional Information for Business Customers

If PlanSmarter is used by a company, organisation, or other business customer, the business customer may determine the purposes and means of processing certain personal data entered into PlanSmarter by its users. In such circumstances, the business customer may act as the data controller, while Dot App Group ApS may act as a data processor on behalf of that customer. Where required, the parties should enter into an appropriate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governing such processing. The applicable contractual arrangements may therefore contain additional requirements regarding data protection, security, subprocessors, international transfers, retention, and deletion.
